I am a trainer, coach, keynote speaker and author specializing in Service Management and the Service Profit Chain. I have over 25 years experience in service and hospitality companies, worldwide.
Since 2001 I have trained and coached more than 500 managers at all levels and given over 100 keynote presentations on the art of service management and the Service Profit Chain.
My work is based on applying the principles of The Service Profit Chain and using primarily Action Learning as the way to create real change.
